We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the fabrication industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
Description & Requirements
Main functions and responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Prepare and sales budgets and forecasts.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategy.
Implement quality management system at Sales department and work to achieve quality objectives
To highlight any critical issues to the Top Management / General Manager.
Master in Mechanical Engineering / MBA is an advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
Minimum 3 years in GCC
At least 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of the steel fabrication industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform sales strategy.
Willingness to travel as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
